New Week – New Insight

I have successfully avoided a case of the Monday’s today with another great day of calls. It’s a little harder to get consumers on the phone on Monday’s because everyone is trying to start their weeks off as productive as possible and catching up on anything that might have happened over the weekend. But once they carve out a little time for me, they are more than happy to talk about their opinions and experiences. I’m so happy to hear today that every one I spoke with was satisfied with the process and didn’t have any big complaints. I want to improve the process and learn everything I can about what we can change but it’s always good to hear that some people had a pleasant experience already! This whole process is a lot of work but Consumer Connect is so worth it. Every day we get closer to understanding every type of need or desire a consumer might want out of the home buying process and it’s going to be so beneficial for the industry.
