Bob Hiel serves as the Branch Manager for the Charleston Market. Prior to joining Own It Home Loans, Bob originated loans for a sizeable regional bank. Bob takes pride in delivering an excellent customer experience and is very knowledgeable with VA, FHA, USDA and Conventional mortgages as well as lot loans and construction loans.

Bob attended the Lawrenceville School in New Jersey and received his Bachelor's degree in Economics from Denison University.
