About Joey

I’m a mortgage loan originator with over 5 years experience, with a particular focus on Conventional and FHA products.

Over the last few years, I’ve specialized in the sale of homes in prices ranging from 250K to 1Mil purchase price.

My job is mostly about relationship building, which comes natural to me. I’ve always been a big people person who loves making new friends. As a loan officer, this skill proves invaluable, enabling me to develop broad networks of contacts and maximize client satisfaction.

In the future, I intend to continue doing what I do best: closing loans and helping clients get the best mortgage with a monthly payment they are content with.

Information about interest rates wouldve helped from the beginning. Did not know about buying points.(our fault too though) Closing costs numbers kept changing until last week. Not locking the rate for longer time to avoid some issues we ran into in the end. Otherwise, everything else was great.
