Bob was good person and talked me through anything I needed to discussion asked about; Bob allowed me to be open with anything I was displeased with and allowed me time to discuss with my family. Bob has a very good personality and I left not feeling swindled per say.
Only issue I had which wasn’t Bob’s fault it was others was the Attorneys at McDonell not relaying information for wire for closing; making me have to travel an extra 4 hours in total that coulda been fixed with an email.

Bob was on it. He was responsive any day of the week and any time of night. He gently encouraged us to get him what he needed. He closed our loan within 30 days amd we received a great rate. I would not hesitate to recommend him.
